•Paloma is definitely at the top of the list and it’s a favourite in Mexico. It’s a light, fruity drink with a fizz and one of the smoothest Tequila drinks out there. Almost any blanco and reposado tequila works well in combination with the grapefruit soda Friche

Ingredients:
•35ml Cabrito blanco or reposado tequila
•200ml Friche Grapefruit Soda
•20ml Fresh lime juice
•salt for rimming (optional)
•
Preparation:
•Rim a collins glass with salt.
•Fill the glass with ice and add the Cabrito tequila and lime juice.
•Top it off with Friche.
•

Add a lime wedge for garnish and ENJOY
