What’s next?

March 6, 2020

Just thinking about my agenda for the next couple of months and it’s packed.

I don’t put much information on my online calendar for security purposes.
It’s not a sensible idea to let everyone know that you’re not at home.
So many people needlessly advertise the fact that they are away?
Perhaps, I’m sounding a little paranoid but wisdom does prevail.

On that note I will be visiting some Mexican and Spanish schools in the near future

  • probably West Africa later in the year – and looking forward to it with a passion. Actually, the challenge will not be working with the children, more likely getting there, with all the practicalities of travel these days.
Mexico here I come, learning to travel light!

Here is a little feedback from a recent school visit.

When asked, ‘how could I improve the day?’ The reply was,
‘Anna couldn’t, it was just perfect.’
Yeah!
So this year as I continue to visit schools, if I can encourage, inspire, edify and educate, I’m fulfilling my destiny.

As Forest E Witcraft wrote in the Scouting Magazine 1951,
‘A hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove. But the world will be different because I was important in the life of a child.’

Love to children everywhere.
